Genesis Virtual Academy @ Tennessee (GVA@TN) seeks to enroll students in grades K-8 for the Education Savings Account (ESA) and K-12 for the Education Freedom Act (EFA) whose parents are committed to the educational success of their children – this requires commitment to the daily routine of online learning with us. GVA@TN welcomes students of all racial or ethnic origins. We do not discriminate on the basis of race, color or national origin. We do not require the students or parents to be professing Christians, however, students and parents will be presented with the Gospel throughout your enrollment with us.
Admission to GVA@TN is selective and it is based on factors which include commitment to the effort by the students/parents, previous academic performance, and previous behavioral performance.

For ESA families, your amount awarded covers our tuition and technology fee.
For EFA families, we have 100 scholarships available to help cover the difference between our tuition and technology fee, and the EFA amount awarded to you. These are provided on a first-come, first-serve basis.

APPLICATION
There is a $25 application fee per student. Please click on the link below to pay for your application.
Deadline to apply to GVA@TN is October 31, 2025. Once you start the process, it will take approximately 1-2 weeks to complete (depending upon the submission of records below).

Transcript from previous school (unless entering K for the first time)
Immunization records for each student

PARENT ORIENTATION
Please note that we take student engagement seriously. And, we begin this process before school starts. We will host several online Parent Orientations prior to the beginning of the school year and attendance is mandatory at one of these orientations. Failure to attend could result in removing the invite to attend GVA@TN.
